One tap. Your first 3 interviews are free, and your resume and history are saved for next time.
Press Start and talk
The interviewer introduces herself and begins. 15 minutes, headphones on. You can interrupt her. She follows up when you're vague.
Get the report
A number out of 100, what went well, the three things to fix first with your exact words quoted, a 2-minute drill, and the full transcript.
From nervous to ready
You have the resume. Not the reps.
Most applicants walk in having answered these questions out loud maybe twice. The interviewer has heard them hundreds of times.
Talk it through, for real.
Thirty minutes with an interviewer who read your resume, pushes back, and doesn't let a vague answer slide.
See exactly what to fix.
Your words, quoted back. A number. Three fixes. A two-minute drill for next time.
Do it again. Watch the line move.
Every session is saved. Scores trend up as the fillers drop and the stories tighten.
Walk in already warmed up.
The real interview is the third or fourth time you've said this out loud, not the first.
What to expect
A preview of the interview screen and the report you'll get. Real examples, lightly shortened.
You won't see the transcript while you talk, just the interviewer. It appears in your report.
What's inside
Hand-picked foundational questions
I hand-picked the foundational questions the interviewer is trained on. It builds its follow-ups from them, the way a real one would.
It has read your resume
Questions reference your actual roles, numbers and pivots. Contradictions get probed.
Three interviewer styles
Chill, average or intense. Or let it surprise you, because real interviewers do.
Any target school
HBS by default. Switch to Stanford GSB, Wharton, Kellogg, Booth, MIT Sloan or Columbia and the emphasis shifts.
Delivery, measured
Filler words, pace, long pauses and how fast you start answering, measured from your audio.
Progress over time
Every interview is saved to your account with a score trend. Your most recent recordings are replayable.
Built by an HBS alum
Your application may already be top-school level. Your interview guidance probably isn't.
I went through these interviews myself. Interview prep matters and consultants charge thousands, so I hand-picked the foundational questions and trained an interviewer on them. It's independent: no one at HBS or any other school has reviewed or endorsed it, and a score here says nothing about your chances. Full disclaimer.

This is an independent practice tool built by Dewan, a Harvard Business School alum who went through the HBS interview as an applicant. No one at Harvard Business School or HBS Admissions has reviewed, approved or endorsed this tool. It is not affiliated with Harvard University in any way.
The foundational questions were handpicked by Dewan, and the interviewer generates its own follow-ups from them. They were not necessarily asked to him, and they are not a prediction of what you will be asked.
The interviewer is an AI. Its questions, follow-ups, scores and feedback are automated suggestions meant to supplement your preparation. They are not admissions advice, and a score here says nothing about your chances of admission. Real interviewers, real questions and real evaluations will differ.

Privacy & Data Retention
Privacy & Data Retention Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026. Draft for legal review before public launch.
What we collect. Your resume and any background text or documents you provide, your name and email if you sign in, the audio recording of your practice interviews, the transcripts, your scores and feedback, and basic technical logs.
How we use it. To run your interviews, generate your feedback, and show you your history and progress. We also use this data, with your name removed, to improve the interviewer and its scoring.
How the interviewer learns. Only interviews from candidates whose admission to a top business school has been verified are used to learn what strong answers look like at each program. Everyone else's data is kept but is not used for this.
We keep your recordings, transcripts and resume. Audio, transcripts and resumes are kept and are not deleted, because an outcome such as an admission decision often arrives months after the interviews. What we promise is anonymity: when data is used for research or learning, and when you delete your account, your name and contact details (email, phone number, LinkedIn and similar links) are removed. Your recording is still your voice; we never publish or share recordings.
Removing an interview. You can remove an interview from your history at any time. It disappears from your account; the recording and transcript are kept, anonymized, as described above.
Deleting your account. Deleting your account removes your email, profile and sign-in, and you lose access to your history. Your interviews, recordings, resume and scores are kept without your name or contact details and are no longer linked to any account.
Who can see your data. You, and the tool's administrator for support and quality purposes. We do not sell your data and we do not share recordings with third parties for their own use. Our speech and AI providers process audio and text only to run the service.
Contact. Privacy questions can be sent to the address shown on the site.
